Planning Appeals Tracker subscriptions are payable in advance on invoice and expire 12 months later.

Planning Appeals Tracker undertakes to provide information on decision letters after Hearing and Inquiries and does not guarantee the inclusion of all Written Reps decisions although the more important Written Reps cases may be included.

Planning Appeals Tracker undertakes to provide clients with decisions letters which fall within the agreed search parameters and which have been supplied to DCS Ltd by The Planning Inspectorate (PINS), and The Scottish Executive Reporter's Office ongoing Planning Appeals Tracker does not accept responsibility or liability for any inconvenience or loss occasioned by shortcoming in the service that suppliers of decision letters may provide to DCS Ltd or by any other administrative failure to supply a case within the parameters given. However, DCS Ltd does undertake to follow up as a matter of course any queries relating to missing decision letters in whole or part.

The relevant date for the operation of the service is the receipt of decision letters by Planning Appeals Tracker at the offices of DCS Ltd not the date stamped on the decision letter.

Summaries of decisions within the parameters supplied will be sent out weekly on the basis of a survey of cases received in each period of seven days ending on Friday, and dispatch will normally take place on the following Thursday. In weeks containing a public holiday the day of dispatch may be delayed and there will be no service at all in the period between Christmas Day and New Years Day.
